Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely utilize pallet jacks, forklifts (after training), and conveyor systems to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan and track incoming and outgoing stock to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently select products from the warehouse floor and prepare them for shipment using proper packaging techniques.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet company standards before dispatch.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior warehouse experience necessary; we train willing learners.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
