Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick and pack orders to ensure accurate shipment of products.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and stock levels.
- Material Handling: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks safely.
- Loading & Unloading: Load and unload trucks in a timely manner to meet shipping deadlines.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work full weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order integrity.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for scanning and counting.
