Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping using warehouse management systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Inventory Management: Assist in counting stock, verifying shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe by following all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a recurring basis.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety in a busy warehouse environment.
- Communication: Basic ability to read, write, and understand English instructions.
