Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload freight trucks using proper equipment and techniques.
- Packing & Shipping: Sort, pack, and label merchandise for accurate distribution.
- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory counts and stock organization to maintain accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (certified training provided), and handheld scanners.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and punctuality.
- Communication: Basic reading and math skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Experience: No prior logistics experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
