Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts to load and unload incoming and outgoing freight trucks.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners.
- Organization: Sort, pack, and label merchandise to ensure orders are prepared accurately for shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse housekeeping standards to maintain a secure environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekend shift lead to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods on concrete floors.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent record of attendance and punctuality.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to get to the Baltimore facility.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
