Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and precision.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, checking, and storing incoming inventory to maintain stock accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other material handling equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols to maintain a secure environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Experience: No prior experience required; full training is provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
