Responsibilities
- Execute accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders to meet daily KPIs.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Inspect inventory for damages and ensure proper labeling and organization.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during peak weekend hours.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve any shipping discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
