Responsibilities
- Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Sort, pack, and label merchandise for shipment to ensure proper handling.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Inspect shipments for damages or discrepancies before and after transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory counting and stock rotation as directed by management.
- Collaborate with the weekend shift team to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday, on a recurring basis.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required for entry-level roles).
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
