Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks, including sorting, packing, and shipping orders, with a focus on weekend efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment to ensure optimal availability.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless handover of operations and accurate reporting.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders via phone and email.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and security protocols.
- Identify operational bottlenecks during weekend shifts and propose immediate solutions.
- Process paperwork and digital records accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college or logistics experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Chicago location.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Proficiency with basic computer software and warehouse management systems.
