Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage inventory accurately according to shipping labels.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks) safely.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with annual inventory audits.
- Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- Package and prepare products for shipment with attention to detail.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Cleveland facility.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
