Responsibilities
- Process Shipments: Efficiently sort, pack, and label incoming and outgoing packages to ensure accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Perform regular cycle counts and stock organization to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Order Fulfillment: Assist in picking and preparing orders for delivery with a focus on quality control.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep your work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and order fulfillment.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is preferred.
