Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including order picking, packing, and shipping with high accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and barcode scanners safely.
- Assist in inventory management, including cycle counts and stock organization.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
