Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise with high accuracy and speed.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and adheres to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
- Handle physical tasks including lifting, pushing, and pulling packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the Wichita facility.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
