Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels within the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming goods for damage and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Organization: Keep workstations and aisles organized to optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is highly preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to read and follow written instructions.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is a plus.
