Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming merchandise to ensure stock levels are accurate and organized.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse area clean, safe, and organized at all times to meet safety compliance standards.
- Quality Control: Conduct routine checks on products to ensure they meet quality standards before being shipped.
- Reporting: Assist in inventory counts and document any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and strong work ethic.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and the ability to read and follow instructions.
