Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records within the warehouse management system.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory management systems (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Detroit facility.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but training is provided for the right candidates.
