Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select and pack orders using handheld scanners and conveyor systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as certified.
- Quality Control: Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards to minimize errors and damages.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday on a rotating shift schedule.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
