Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and efficient receiving, checking in, and stocking of inventory.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and scanners to move stock.
- Ensure all products are properly labeled, sorted, and stored according to safety protocols.
- Assist in preparing and packing orders for delivery with high attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance (OSHA standards).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
- Report any damaged goods, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and processing orders.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
