Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with speed and accuracy.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels in real-time.
- Perform picking, packing, and labeling of orders for daily dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace to ensure full compliance.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred).
- Assist in physical inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Reliable transportation to the facility in Washington, DC.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
