Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently to load and unload shipments.
- Pick, pack, and verify inventory accuracy to ensure customer orders are fulfilled correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform general warehouse duties including scanning, labeling, and staging materials.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counting processes as required.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding daily goals and safety concerns.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid Driver's License is a plus (not required for all roles).
- Must be available to work Weekend Shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
