Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely load, unload, and stage products using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan, count, and verify stock levels to maintain precise inventory records.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Forklift Certification: Previous forklift experience is a plus but training is provided.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality control.
