Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport merchandise within the warehouse facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Verify and inspect incoming stock for damages, discrepancies, and compliance with quality standards.
- Execute order fulfillment tasks, including picking, packing, and labeling products accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency and resolve inventory discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation to and from the New Orleans facility.
- Willingness to work varying weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
