Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and sort incoming inventory with 99.9% accuracy.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks within strict time frames.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Miami facility.
- Availability to work weekends (Friday - Sunday).
