Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load, unload, and sort packages with speed and accuracy to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and quality goals.
- Verify shipment contents against documentation to prevent errors.
- Assist in inventory control and stock organization as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as required by the schedule.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50+ lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
