Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling equipment.
- Organize, sort, and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse.
- Package products securely to ensure safe transit and damage prevention.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.
- Sort and scan packages for accurate order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness and ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging data.
- Valid driver's license (Class B or C preferred but not always required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
