Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise orders with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Process incoming shipments and prepare them for outbound delivery.
- Conduct inventory counts and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
- Handle damaged goods and returns according to company policy.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a full weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent GED required.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
