Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage inventory to ensure order accuracy.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Maintain Safety: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and keep the workspace organized and clean.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment (Forklift, Reach Truck) as certified or trained.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow employees to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a proven history of punctuality.
- Documentation: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and maintain high accuracy standards.
