Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Verify and inspect incoming stock against invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Package, seal, and label items for shipment in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures strictly.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as required.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding order priorities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
