Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts safely and efficiently.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily KPIs.
- Perform inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational issues quickly.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Portland facility.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
