Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, pack, and ship products accurately to meet shipping deadlines.
- Perform daily inventory checks and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
- Operate warehouse machinery and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow during peak hours.
- Assist in receiving and verifying incoming shipments.
- Handle customer returns and damaged goods with care.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license (not always required for warehouse floor work, but preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
