Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy and speed to meet daily targets.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in strict compliance with all safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Perform daily inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Assist in loading and unloading freight trucks using manual or powered equipment, ensuring cargo security.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to 5S standards.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and management regarding workflow and inventory needs.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as scheduled.
- Reliable transportation is required to commute to the facility.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
