Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and sorting orders with precision and speed.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock organization to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with potential for overtime.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse management software.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
