Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks safely and efficiently.
- Sort, pack, and prepare packages for shipping using automated equipment.
- Perform inventory checks and maintain a clean workspace.
- Operate handheld scanners to track packages accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Memphis facility.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
