Responsibilities
- Perform efficient stocking, order picking, and inventory management during peak weekend hours.
- Ensure the warehouse and loading docks are organized, clean, and safe for operations.
- Operate warehouse equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks with accuracy and speed.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while interacting with staff and management.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedules, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Milwaukee location.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
