Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Freight: Safely handle packages and cargo using proper equipment and techniques.

- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and workplace regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and punctuality record.
- Communication: Basic English literacy and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Equipment: Forklift certification is a plus but not required for all positions.
