Responsibilities
- Logistics Operations: Execute efficient loading and unloading of merchandise to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and organizing inventory with precision.
- Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers by answering inquiries and locating products.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized at all times to comply with safety standards.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment (certification provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damages and ensure all items meet company quality standards before processing.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Work Ethic: Proven track record of reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
