Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory accuracy during weekend shifts.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates to meet daily productivity goals.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with speed and accuracy.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Assist in training new staff members on weekend protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software.
