Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently select and package merchandise to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse database.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet company quality standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift leads and fellow team members to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Reliability: Must possess a reliable means of transportation to the Chicago location.
- Documentation: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
