Responsibilities
- Load, Unload, and Sort: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks, sort packages by destination, and organize inventory on the warehouse floor.
- Forklift Operation: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials and products as required by daily production targets.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick items from the warehouse shelves and prepare them for shipping, ensuring all orders are complete and accurate.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory counts and stock checks to ensure accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic checks on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts consistently.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to focus on details and follow instructions accurately.
