Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently select and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% accuracy and timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels within the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and handheld scanning devices.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
- Load/Unload Operations: Safely load and unload trucks using appropriate handling equipment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday - Sunday) and holidays as needed.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use scanning equipment.
