Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately process incoming inventory shipments.
- Package, label, and prepare goods for timely delivery using standard logistics protocols.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels and location accuracy.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks (certification provided upon hire).
- Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve shipping discrepancies quickly.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED required; prior warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
