Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and organizing stock to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and workplace policies at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Documentation: Must be able to provide valid identification and eligibility to work in the US.
- Communication: Basic reading and math skills; ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
