Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Maintain organized inventory counts and warehouse cleanliness standards
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company protocols
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and proper lifting techniques
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Availability for consistent weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6 AM-2 PM)
- Willingness to complete paid safety training program
- Positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills
