Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, scan, and organize inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to prevent errors.
- Collaborate with the floor team to meet daily productivity goals.
- Perform minor equipment maintenance and report safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to work the required weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
