Responsibilities
- Package and Label: Efficiently pack, label, and prepare products for shipment using standard packaging materials.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately to meet daily production targets.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate basic material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and some weekdays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctual with a strong work ethic and commitment to team goals.
- Communication: Basic English skills required for understanding instructions and safety protocols.
- Age: At least 18 years of age.
