Responsibilities
- Execute efficient pick, pack, and ship processes for high-volume daily orders.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely, adhering to all OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure data accuracy.
- Load and unload freight trucks while verifying shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and 5S-compliant work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (Friday night shift optional).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for immediate hires.
