As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that products are processed, packaged, and shipped efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping tasks with high accuracy.
- Manage inventory levels, check shipments for damage, and ensure stock integrity.
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent hazards.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and shift managers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Reliable transportation to the Cleveland facility.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and reporting.
