Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders to ensure 100% accuracy and timely delivery.
- Stock Management: Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and organize stock in designated areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Inventory Control: Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock records.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to optimize workflow during peak shifts.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime if needed.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and navigate warehouse floors.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred, but on-the-job training is provided for the right candidates.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Documentation: Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a background check.
