Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks and trailers efficiently and safely.
- Organize and stock inventory on warehouse shelves to maintain an orderly workspace.
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Assist with packing and labeling orders for timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old to operate heavy machinery.
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) is mandatory.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with or without assistance.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic math skills for inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte location.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
