Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse tasks including picking, packing, and shipping orders with precision and speed.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in inventory management and stock rotation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and according to OSHA guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly performance targets and KPIs.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as required during the shift.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours) and perform physical labor.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and order fulfillment.
- Willingness to work rotating weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and move heavy objects.
- Reliable transportation and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
